What is EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique is acupressure for your emotions. According to Gary Craig, the creator of EFT, all negative emotion is a disruption in a person’s energy field and EFT or Tapping restores the balance. At the physical level EFT has been shown to lower the stress hormone cortisol almost immediately, thereby lowering anxiety or stress. In recent studies, it has also been proven to calm the amygdala which is a part of the mid-brain involved in emotional regulation and resolution.
In my many years of experience Tapping is the single most effective tool I have found for emotional healing and empowerment.
